按照组内教学进度安排，在所任教班级进行了“英文投诉信”写作教学，现反思如下：
一、反思备课
1.学情分析。现阶段写作是学生英语学习中存在的薄弱环节，也是师生的共同挑战。因此，针对学生实际情况搜集和整理专题写作素材。注重基础，反复操练，确保写作教学的实效性，达到提高学生话题作文写作能力的目的。
2.资料分析。教学内容以PPT课件形式呈现，按照由易到难、由浅入深、由控制-半控制-不控制、由讲解-操练、由教师主导-学生主体的原则进行合理编排和整合；另外为学生准备学案材料。
二、反思上课
1.教师方面。多媒体运用自如；板书详略得当，但书写不算美观；课堂教学用语组织及运用情况一般，需要师生间进一步磨合；提问顾全整体并照顾个体差异，分层次有针对性；对课堂中出现的非预设性问题的应急处理能力较强。
2.教学内容。由于内容偏于基础，无论文理班，大多数学生能跟上老师的教学，积极参与、互动，把握写作要领，最后积极投入到写作实战演练中。但不可忽视的是，仍有部分英语基础差的.学生上课缺乏兴趣。因此，随机将教学内容与学生实际生活相结合，提起其学习兴致。如，一封投诉信范文以“抱怨观影”为主题。在理解本篇文章时，变常规的句子翻译为东北方言版翻译，学生争先恐后举手回答，学生在欢笑中完成了任务，课堂秩序良好。
给予学生正面引导、疏导教育。如，范文对“某大学食堂”问题投诉，讲解联系学生在校就餐实际，使文章中个别生词、难句不再生、不再难。但更重要的是，把握好教育教学的度和方向，不要让学生论题跑题甚至是无理抱怨本校食堂，给予合理解释使其理解，并及时将其引回课堂学习的中心。
